🔒 Final Sale Policy

 

All items sold by From The Andes are final saleno returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the one-of-a-kind, handmade, and culturally significant nature of our offerings, each item is sold as a unique collector artifact. We encourage customers to review all descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and condition notes carefully prior to purchase.

We welcome all inquiries before checkout regarding provenance, historical context, condition, materials, or intended use.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect fit, measurements, or assumptions

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Damage caused by handling, misuse, or storage after delivery

Exceptions may only be made in the rare event of material misrepresentation, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, prior to handling or display.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • All orders are shipped via insured and trackable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Most orders ship within 1 business day.  Weekend orders will ship out Monday.

  • Shipping times vary by region and carrier service selected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or border fees imposed by their country.

  • From The Andes does not control or reimburse these charges.

Tracking & Insurance:

  • All shipments include tracking and insurance.

  • Once the item has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, From The Andes is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate before confirming your order.

  • Because our items are irreplaceable, we strongly recommend customers use a secure delivery address and monitor tracking closely.

  • If your item arrives with visible shipping damage, you must report it to us within 24 hours with photographs and retain all packaging for claim purposes.
